Motivation, exercise, diet!
It's really, really hard to lose some weight. Specially when your husband can eat the whole world and be always thin.
But, the Web has great resources to help us, such as My Fitness Pal. They have calorie counter to help you to reach your goals, forums where you can find people with the same problems, and motivate each other.
It's my diet journal from now on.
Lose weight require auto-discipline, motivation, attitude, healthy habits, exercises, and control.
It's like a food diary, where you can add daily meals, your exercises and track your progress.
And the best thing: it's completely free.

Wirefly
My mobile phone is a Sony Ericsson. Do you want to know if I like it? Well, sometimes we have some problems with charge, but, works ok.
We were thinking about to change my mobile phone, and I found this website with great cell phones : Wirefly, that could be useful for you too
They have the latest phones, glossary mobile terms, buyers guide, and review about lots of mobiles and about networks as well. And the best thing: always lots of great deals.
Great deals with great gadgets! For example, you can find Sprint cell phones such as LG Fusic LX550 for free.
Deals change daily, but right now you can get free a MotoRazr V3 when you open a new T-Mobile account.
I'm completely in love wit LG Red Cherry Chocolate.
And it has great features.Personally, the razr is my favorite phone, but the chocolate does actually impress me. Who doesn’t love Chocolate?
An with this cell phone, why do I need an iPOD? They are gorgeous, don't you think? And there are all RAZR. I love the fact that its so slim, and compact, it's much easier to carry around in a pocket or handbag.
Well, I'm thinking to buy a new mobile anyway. It seems to be the perfect time for me!
